A Liquid facelift, or pan-facial rejuvenation, is a customized combo of multiple dermal fillers (typically 3-10 syringes depending on age and skin quality), possibly PDO threads, and radiofrequency. This combo is used to lift and contour the mid and/or lower face, reduce under eye shadows, plump lips, minimize smile lines, and restore volume. 
In 2018, Letty studied with respected plastic surgeon, Dr. Zack Alley of Derma Medical, where she learned the most effective ways to administer the Liquid Face Lift and profile balancing.  
If you’re unsure of how many syringes you might need, a good rule of thumb is to go by “Decade Dosing.”Just take the first number of your age, and that should give you a general idea. For example, if you’re in your 20s, you might need 2 syringes; 30s might require 3; 40s could need 4; and so on. Packages available. Ultimately, it is the quality of your skin, skincare, and lifestyle that will determine how much product is needed.

Tear-troughs or under-eye bags can be filled for volume restoration to appear youthful and well-rested. We only treat with fillers that contain hyaluronic acid (a gel-like substance that naturally exists in your body) because when injected into the skin, hyaluronic acid increases fullness and decreases indentations; plus, it is reversible if needed. 

Brows can be filled underneath the muscle to lift. Filler can also help soften the bony orbital rim around the eyebrows, leading to a softer and more youthful appearance.
Deep crow’s feet are best treated with dermal fillers because these injections can dramatically reduce the signs of wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes. Cheek filler can sometimes improve this area too. 
Temple hollows are injected with filler to give a mini “eye lift ” that plumps and lifts the skin at the outside and upper edges of the eyes.
